This document outlines the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan for Unity SIS. The purpose of the UAT is to ensure that the system meets the business requirements and is ready for production release.
Go through each of these scripts to ensure the process is working as expected. Any bugs or issues, record here:
Bug Submission Form: https://form.asana.com/?k=t5DNyxYBpfz6do0da2lc0w&d=1200271513133212
Log in to Full Sandbox (Salesforce): go to the my.unity.edu SSO login page and select the UAT sandbox to login.
Your test student's name will be UAT [Your Last Name], so mine, for example, would be UAT Shifley. In Salesforce, please search and find this student. They should have all the necessary data setup to test the following scripts. Make sure the student has your correct email with a +uat alias attached to it.
You should be enrolled in one class within the Test Term, and that should be visible on your class schedule. You should see additional terms you are enrolled in, but there will be no classes attached.
In these scripts, you will be giving a new user access, revoking their access, and giving them access back. There are also other scenarios that could be covered, so feel free to enter in multiple contacts to then be able to play around with in this form.

The UAT will be considered complete when the following conditions are met:
All test cases have been executed.
All defects have been resolved or have an agreed-upon action plan.
The Business Representatives have reviewed and approved the test results.
The UAT Coordinator has reviewed and approved the test results.
This UAT document outlines the plan for testing Unity's SIS to ensure it meets the business requirements and is ready for production release. By following this plan and executing the identified test cases, we can ensure a successful implementation of the system.
