The Enhanced Secondary Navigation (ESN) is an optional feature for adding navigation items to RCCL page/s.  It is available on the Landing: Secondary, Landing: Marketing, and Landing: Informational content types. 

The ESN may be "promoted to library" so that may be easily reused across multiple pages.
