How to duplicate and use a Page Template

Insert the purpose of the work instruction. Explain why this work instruction is important, who it is intended for, and what problem it solves.

Insert the scope of the work instruction. Explain what the work instruction covers, what tasks or processes it applies to, and any limitations or exclusions.

Insert the responsibilities of the people involved in the task or process. Specify who is responsible for what, including any approvals, reviews, or sign-offs required.

Insert a list of the equipment and materials required to perform the task or process. Include any safety equipment, tools, or other resources needed.

Insert step-by-step processes for completing the task or process. Use numbered steps to make it easy to follow. Include any tips, cautions, or warnings to ensure the task is done safely and accurately.

Write a brief description, then insert a Scribe in the placeholder below.
