        Zoho People Administration is a feature used by admins to perform admin related tasks. The Zoho people Administration module allows admin to maintain and manage access , benefits and assets provided to the employee by the organization using Asset , Benefit and Access Management feature under the category Forms.

      • Asset - In this section, the administrator manages and maintains the records of the assets provided to employees by the organization using Add Record button.

        Information Pop Up-Whenever you click on Add Record button , an information pop up will open up . You need to enter Employee Id as the ID of the employee to whom assets are being allotted. Asset ID as the asset that is allotted to the employee, Asset name as the name of the asset allotted, Type of asset as the type of asset allotted by choosing the type from the dropdown menu , Given date as the date when the asset is allotted to the employee, Return date as the date the employee is submitting the asset, Asset details are the details of the asset that is allotted to the employee.

      • Benefits - In this section, the administrator manages and maintains the records of the benefits provided to employees by the organization using Add Record button.

        • Information Pop Up-Whenever you click on the Add Record button , an information pop up will open up. You need to enter Employee ID as the ID of the employee to whom benefits are being provided by the organization. You need to record if any allowance or other benefit is being provided by the organization to the employee in terms of Lunch, Education Allowance, Housing Allowance or Medical Insurance in the defined field.

      • Access Management -In this section, the administrator manages and maintains the records of the access provided to employees by the organization using Add Record button.

        • Information Pop Up-Whenever you click on the Add Record button , an information pop up will open up. You need to enter Employee ID as the ID of the employee to whom access are being provided by the organization for the Application/Service. You need to select Application from the drag down menu on which you're providing access to the employee. You need to enter Role/Access Level you're providing according to the designation of the employee. You need to select Minor Access from the drop down menu to select either access is given or not required.

        Escalation Management

        Escalation Management Service is used by HR to manage all the escalations . Project Managers and HR can initiate escalation mail . After the mail is initiated the escalation needs to be registered under that employee .
