This document outlines the UX/UI updates in the most recent version of hyggio application. Introducing a refreshed, standardized visual design with partial replacements of selected interface elements. Created as an attachment for business-side BAT testing, this document serves as a preview of the latest changes that have emerged but are not yet included in the test scenarios.
We’ve reorganized recruitment-related features into a single place in the navigation, grouping Patient Search and Recruitment lists under the one Recruitment module for easier access.
Introducing an improved audit experience for visits: you no longer need to check each field’s Version History individually to see if it was updated. Now, the Highlight Changes toggle instantly marks fields with at least one saved change (Version History > 1). To view detailed version history, you can still access it via the field’s menu as before.
When a visit is ready to be completed, any missing required data is now clearly highlighted (both the fields and the procedures containing them) making it much easier to see what’s missing.
To better align with how categories are used in the patient panel attached files, Document categories label in settings page, have been renamed to Attached file categories. They have also been moved to the Medical Records group in the Network settings, as this affects the patient's EMR data.
Before:
We change changed the way how relations are defined for attached files in patient panel. Now we have direct options to choose, instead of toggle to add relation to visit.
Before:
The part for attaching files in medical history form and adverse event form is now moved to the very bottom. It also has new look and improved user experience (even if user forget to click Attach button, the file will be added automatically on form Save).
We have new field type to add files (both upload or add as a link) and we aligned all places where files are uploaded to one approach, where we have always file upload field and name below.
Before:
We’ve centralized and visually wrapped forms with a bordered container to improve navigation and context clarity - making actions easier to access (especially on wide screens) and clearly defining where a form’s scope begins and ends.
Before:
We’ve updated the Reports layout by flattening panel navigation to make it easier to use, while also standardizing report names for greater consistency and clarity.
Before:
We’ve also updated the Settings layout (formerly Management) by introducing a panel-based menu that enables seamless navigation without the need to constantly enter and exit sections. These changes also help reduce redundant UI and support more reusable, consistent experiences across the product.
Before:
We’ve standardized the Roles list to ensure a consistent experience across all levels (Network, Organization, and Site), and introduced a switch that allows you to easily preview applicable roles created at other levels.
