πŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ Wizard Trees x Etereo – ASANA Workflow

To help us stay organized and efficient, please follow this simple process when submitting requests via the ASANA Form to the creative team:

    Wizard Trees ASANA Board

βœ… Step 1 – Fill Out the Form

Complete the corresponding ASANA form with all the key information (objective, references, deadlines, specs, etc.). The more detailed the form, the smoother the process will be for everyone.

    πŸ“Œ Step 2 – Confirm It’s on the Board

Once you submit the form, the task should automatically appear on the Wizard Trees ASANA board. Please double-check that it was added successfully to the board.

Once the task is published on the ASANA board, take a moment to review it and manually add any extra details that may have been left out of the form (additional files, clarifications, comments, etc.).

    πŸ’¬ Step 3 – Share via Slack

After confirming the task is on the board, copy the ASANA task link and share it in Slack, tagging the Etereo team. This helps us jump on it right away and keeps everything organized.

πŸ—‚οΈ Step 4 – Keep Comments Within the Task

Please use the main ASANA task for any updates, changes, or new details.

The Etereo team will handle creating any subtasks internally. This keeps everything clear and centralized.

πŸ” Step 5 – Updates Are Shared with a Link

Whenever a change is made or something is ready for review, either the Wizard Trees or Etereo team will notify via Slackβ€”but always attaching the ASANA task link. The idea is to avoid scattered Slack conversations and make sure all context stays on the ASANA task.

πŸ”’ Step 6 – Keep Slack for Quick Alerts Only

Slack is great for creative discussion, ideas, quick check-ins or flags, but all task-related files, and feedback should live inside ASANA. This way, we don’t lose important info in Slack threads and everything stays easy to track.
