Q: Who can request and apply templates?
A: Admins can assign Template Requestors, which use the same permissions as the hubley Spaces Admin role. Anyone who can create a Space can also request templates and apply them to existing sites or pages.
Q: What permissions are required to request Page and News templates?
A: Intranet Admin must have write access to the “hubley pages” folder within a site. They will only see and request templates for sites where they have appropriate permissions. This typically includes:

Q: Once a Template Requestor requests a Space template and it’s created, where will they see it?
A: Requested templates appear only in the Manage Space Templates, and Template selection views. They do not appear in the Spaces webpart list for end users. To make a template visible to users, a new Space must be created from that template, after which the Space will appear in the Spaces webpart.
