047 - Updating your grades in Aptem once you have received your results.

Once you have received your A-level (or other) results, please go back into Aptem and update your Personal Learning Record.

Aptem

From the left-hand menu, choose 'Onboarding'.

Click 'Personal Learning Record'

Click 'Add'

Choose your qualification type.

Fill in the details of the qualification. The award date will be 15th August 2024.

Upload your results slip as evidence of the grades received. It is important that you complete this step. The slip must include your full name, the qualification title (A-level, BTEC etc), subject, grade and year of award.

Click 'Save'

Repeat these steps for each qualification achieved.

When you have entered all of your results, click 'Next'.

Click 'Next'

Click 'Finish'
