      Meter install work orders are application specific. From the water application, click on F9 or the Add Work Order icon to access the Work Order Type Selection portal.
      In the Work Order Type Selection window enter the work order number in the Work Order Type field.
      Enter the date the meter is installed.
      Quick Notes: Enter note to crew installing the meter.
      The new meter number is not always known at the time of the creation of the meter exchange work order. If the new meter information is available, enter it. Otherwise, enter through to and click on Submit.
      New Meter - Water section. Service #: Enter service number. Meter #: Enter meter number if known. Install (Capable)Config:, Existing Config: and New Config: fields: To be gone over at a later date. No information available at this time.
      Enter through this page at time of work order creation. User may hit F10 or Click on Submit to proceed to the next page. "Hand Held" and "Meter" notes are notes that include but are not limited to: location, access issues, gate codes etc. The Lat/Long aka "North Coordinate" and "East Coordinate" are also available on this page.
      Work order is on the account, ready to be printed and given to the crew who will be installing the meter. Depending upon which crew is to receive the work order, the work order may or\ may not be printed. Field Service: Electronically sent to crew. Electric Division: Print at electric yard printer. Water Division: Print at the water yard printer. Filtration Plant: Print at local printer. Then scan work order to Filtration Plant personal.
