Create an account with your preferred email

As one of the first steps onboarding, make sure to "Enable OtterPilot"

Choose the email account you would like to create your [Otter.ai](http://Otter.ai) account with.

Allow [Otter.ai](http://Otter.ai) access to your calendar - from here Otter knows which meetings to join. 

Click on your video conferencing tool of choice. 

Sign-in to your video conferencing tool. 

Once you're logged in, give [Otter.ai](http://Otter.ai) the correct permissions so it can record your meetings.
