The following steps will walk you through completing the training and submitting your attestation.

After opening the unique link sent by UTHSC Faculty Affairs, click "ACCEPT" to access your training module and attestation.

Per the Tennessee Public Records Act exemption, job performance evaluations of employees of public institutions of higher education shall be treated as confidential and shall not be open for public inspection. Post-tenure review is a specific type of job performance evaluation of a tenured faculty member. I will

After the training module has been reviewed and the attestation of completion questions have been answered, you are ready to submit your materials to UTHSC Faculty Affairs.
