    Log in to Digital Measures and select "Workflow" on the top navigation bar.
    Select the name of the workflow in your Inbox to open.
    Read the instructions before completing the form. This area will give you insight into the timeline and expectations of the process.
    ITEM ONE: REVIEW POTENTIAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS Review the list of potential committee members provided by UTHSC Faculty Affairs. If needed, use the directory to view different faculty web profiles to help make your decision. Once reviewed, select "Yes" in the drop-down menu.
    ITEM TWO: NOMINATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS In the spaces provided, nominate three (3) faculty members to potentially serve on your committee.
    Complete required fields to submit. Include their full name, tenure status (provide under title or comments), rank, and UTHSC email address.
    FINAL ITEM: SUBMIT NOMINATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW Submit your nominations to the UTHSC Office of Faculty Affairs. Your department chair will also select six (6) potential faculty members for your committee.
    If needed, review the Post-Tenure Review (PTR) User Guide for details about the process and future expectations.
    After all required fields are completed, select "Actions" in the top right corner of the screen.
    Select "Submit to PTR Committee Member Nominations - Department". At any time, you may use the actions menu to "Save Draft" to lock in your progress.
    Select "YES" to advance the workflow.
