ITEM ONE: REVIEW POTENTIAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Review the list of potential committee members provided by UTHSC Faculty Affairs. If needed, use the directory to view different faculty web profiles to help make your decision. Once reviewed, select "Yes" in the drop-down menu.

ITEM TWO: NOMINATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

In the spaces provided, nominate three (3) faculty members to potentially serve on your committee.

You have been selected to participate in the 2024 Post-Tenure Review (PTR) process. Administrative review by the UT Health Science Center (UTHSC) Office of Faculty Affairs will occur throughout the process to ensure timely and complete submissions by all involved.

The first step in the process is to nominate and select members of the Post-Tenure Review (PTR) Committee. Both the faculty member and department chair (or division chief, if applicable) have a responsibility to submit nominations of tenured faculty members prior to the start of the process.

Submit your nominations to the UTHSC Office of Faculty Affairs. Your department chair will also select six (6) potential faculty members for your committee.
