Navigate to [https://www.accs.k12.in.us/](https://www.accs.k12.in.us/)

Type in your username and password and then click "Sign In"

Click "1 - Student Demographics" to begin working your way through the registration forms.

As you finish each form, click "Submit". It will then give you a navigation warning box. Click "OK". You will then continue completing each form by navigating through them using the tabs at the top.

In the 2-Student Address" section of the registration forms, If your mailing address is the same you can click "Copy from Physical". If your mailing address differs from the physical home address, you can add it here."

In accordance with new Indiana requirements, the school has to have verification of residency. You will only need to do this if you are new to Adams Central or have moved.  Follow the directions to select the two types of document you will be using to verify your residence. To submit the selected document, you can upload it using the blue "Upload" button or bring the document to your school office.
