281 - How to Use Copy Document Feature

Click "Sales" or "Purchasing"

Select the appropriate document you want to create

Click "New"

Click "Customer Name"

Select the customer and click "OK"

Click "Prepare"

Click "Copy Document..."

Click "Document No." to open the list of available documents to copy

Select the document no. that you would like to copy and click OK

Toggle the "Recalculate Lines" switch to indicate if the copied document line values are recalculated when inserted into the destination document. Toggle the "Include Header" switch to indicate if the source header should replace the header of the destination document's header. Select OK

The existing document has now been copied into the new document. The existing document information is inserted as a comment line for future reference. You may delete this line if you prefer.
