This is the Transaction Journal for the invoice. You are able to pull up the Transaction Journal in the same manner for both income and expense transactions. Notice that the Accounts Receivable (A/R) is on the Debit side (this is money that is coming into the business, so Debits increase), and the Sod and Installation balance it out on the Credit side. If something ever seems off with any of your transactions, clicking into the Transaction Journal can be a helpful, clarifying tool to solve and fix it.
