3. How to confirm that installations have taken place

First, add the address details at which the installation took place into the address fields.

Select your chosen address or enter the address of your install manually. Please ensure the address is fully entered correctly.

Enter the name of the person who installed in the ''Enter Installer Name'' field.

Next, enter the name of the coordinator in the ''Enter Coordinator Name'' field.

Click the "Handover Date" field and enter the date of your handover.

Click the drop-down menu next to ''PAS Measures'' and select the type of installation undertaken.

Click the "Install Date" field to add the date of the installation.

Enter your guarantee reference into the "Enter Guarantee Reference" field.

Click the "Enter Guarantee Period" and input the guarantee period.

After entering the ''Guarantee Period'', choose whether the measure required building regulations by checking the box.
It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure building rights have been applied for.

If the measure required building regulations, please select your Certification Pathway from the dropdown.

Click on the ''Notification Date'' and select the required date that the authority was notified.

To upload evidence, click on the ''Choose files'' box and select the files to upload.

If you want to add another measure, please click the ''Add New Measures''.

Once complete, submit your response.
