    5.7 Creating a Work Project

    This exercise **cannot be done** in the Sample company. Start in your QBOA account.
    On the left navigation bar, click "Work".
    If this is your first time creating a project/task list, you may be presented with the following. If so, just click the "X" to close and proceed with the exercise.
    On the upper right corner, click "Create project".
    Leave the Project template as "No template". Fill in the create project form as follows:\ ✓ Project name: My Firm Tasks\ ✓ Firm or client: My firm\ ✓ First due date: \[THE LAST OF THIS MONTH\]\ ✓ Repeat toggle: On\ ✓ Frequency day: 31st *NOTE: If there is no 31st of a given month, it will automatically default to the last day of the month.*
    Scroll down, then click "Add a task".
    Fill in the Task as follows:\ \ ✓ Task name: Pay firm bills\ ✓ Due date: \[THE LAST OF THIS MONTH\] Click "Collapse".
    Repeat steps Steps 4-5 to recreate the following tasks: ✓ Send firm invoices\ ✓ Reconcile firm bank accounts
    Note: These can be rearranged by clicking and holding the dots (⠿) to drag the tasks to a different place in the list.
    Click "Save".
    Click the "Calendar icon" to confirm that the project task list repeats each month, then click on the last day of the month to see the list of tasks.
    Since this project is now in your actual QBOA account, you may want to delete it.
    To delete, locate the project tile. On the task, click on the down arrow next to To do, then select "Canceled".
