Click "Analytics"

Click "Reports"

Click "Report Launch Pad"

Click "Continue"

Open the 2.1 PAL2 folder

Open the Annual Survey Toolkit folder

Click "New Consolidated COUNTER 5 Metrics for ACRL Survey Template 2023"

Click Enter Calendar Year Month (Start)

Type the date of the start of your fiscal year in YYYY-MM format

Click "(manual entry)"

Click Enter Calendar Year Month (End)

Click the "Search or enter value(s) manually" field.

Type the date of the end of your fiscal year in YYYY-MM format

Click "(manual entry)"

Click "Run"

The template provides TR_B1, TR_J1, TR_J3 (includes OA usage), and IR_M1 usage summaries for the date range prompted in a single report. Choose the metric you want to report, and the sum is at the bottom of the column.
