Click "Submit A Facility Use Request"

Click "SUBMIT AN EVENT"

The organization you belong to will show up in the drop-down.
This is a one-time setup.

Enter "Event Name" - this will be published on the calendar

Show the actual meeting/event time. Do not show set-up time here.

Click here to add a meeting/event description. This is an optional field.

Category - choose "Internal GPISD FUR"

Click "LOCATION SEARCH"

Click the "Start typing Location Name to search Location Path." field and enter "ADMIN" and enter or scroll down to see Admin locations

Select location

If your event needs more than one location, select it

Click "SAVE"

Click "M103" tab for Location Set Up Notes and enter any instructions

Enter the number of attendees

If you have multiple locations, you must enter Location Setup for each one.
Click "M104" tab and enter any instructions and attendee number
