    Select Workflow on the top navigation bar.
    Click "Tasks"
    Review the candidate column to identify which faculty member's review you would like to work on.
    Select the name of the workflow to open.
    Faculty Submission holds the documents submitted by the faculty member. After your review, you can select "Faculty Submission" to collapse the details.
    No comments are needed in this area.
    ITEM ONE: Enter the date of interview formatted as MM/DD/YYYY and the name of the evaluator.
    ITEM TWO: Prepare your narrative summary of the faculty member's performance as a word document and upload. College of Medicine: Prepare to answer two additionally questions regarding the faculty member's professional development for the year and whether they received a peer review of teaching.
    ITEM THREE: For tenure-track faculty members only. Select not applicable for those tenured and non-tenure track.
    ITEM FOUR: For non-tenure track faculty members only. Select not applicable for those tenured or tenure-track.
    ITEM FIVE: Select the overall performance rating for the evaluation year and a rating in each area where percent effort was assigned.
    ITEM SIX: If the faculty member received an overall performance rating below "Meets Expectations for Rank", an improvement plan is required. Reach out to the UTHSC Office of Faculty Affairs for more instruction.
    ITEM SEVEN: Enter the effort allocation for the upcoming year. Regardless of a faculty member's FTE, the faculty appointment effort allocation MUST add up to 100%. For area where no effort is assigned, enter 0.
    ITEM EIGHT: Upload the faculty member's finalized goals and assignments for the upcoming year.
    ITEM NINE: Upload any additional information
    After all required fields are completed, select Actions in the top right corner of the screen.
    Select "Submit to Faculty Acknowledgement and Optional Response". This is the only option that will advance the workflow to the next step, faculty review. If you do not see this option in the Actions menu, a required field is incomplete. You may also use this menu to Save Draft at any time or send the workflow back to the faculty member for edits.
