APPR 2023 - Completing your Faculty Submission Step in Digital Measures

Click "Workflow"

Open your APPR Workflow by selecting the name

ITEM ONE: Click the icon to refresh your annual report to the current date and time. You can review your annual report by double clicking the PDF icon. If you need to make any changes, return to your Activities page, make the required adjustments, and return to Workflow to refresh the report.

ITEM TWO: Upload your appraisal of evaluation year goals and assignments. The provided template is optional to use and is dependent on your evaluator's preference.

ITEM THREE: Upload your proposed goals and assignments for the upcoming evaluation year. The provided template is optional to use and is dependent on your evaluator's preference.

ITEM FOUR: Either refresh the report to use the automatically generated UTHSC CV or upload a preferred version of your CV.

ITEM FIVE: Upload course evaluations, if required by your unit.

ITEM SIX: Upload any additional information you would like to share with your evaluator.

ITEM SEVEN: Select your self rating. If you are unsure which performance rating to select, view the faculty handbook explanations of each rating by selecting the provided link.

FINAL ITEM: Review your materials to ensure all required fields (\*) are completed and are ready to submit.

Click "Actions" in the top right corner of the screen.

Click "Submit to Evaluator". This is the only action that will advance your materials to your evaluator. If you do not see this option in your Actions menu, there is a required item that is incomplete. You may also use the Actions menu to Save Draft at any point. Once you have submitted your materials for review, you are unable to make any changes.
