KDB Editor> Clinical>Procedure Codes. Open and add the 2 procedures that will be used to track patients and bill for the ASCVD screen. These two codes use the G0537 CPT code shown later and are set up as Procedure Sets. Can import "ProcedureCode_riskASCVDScore7.5" and "ProcedureCode_RiskASCVDScore7.6"
    2
Please note one is Less than 7.5 and the other is Greater than 7.5 both codes need to be added as a Procedure Set and pointed to the G0537 CPT code as the Code in the Set.

There are a couple of options on where the Addin Type can be added. FNC will put the name of this at the top toolbar when in a Full Note Composer, you can also select External System, which would add it to the Dashboard under External Systems, You can add it as "toolstrip" attachment (paperclip) and it shows on the toolstrip in Demographics or FNC (does not show name unless you hover over it) FNC is the best option for placement but depends on the site.
    10
Next step is to add the new add in so it is visable to users. Click "System"
    11

    13
Go to the Add In tab on the User Setting you have chosen.
    14
*Note it is already shown here. Typically it would not already be listed. Click on the appropriate area that you created the add in for. "FNC" is a Note Add in.*
    15
Choose your ASCVD Risk Estimator from the List
    16
Click "OK" to close and save. Add to additional User profiles as needed if applicable.
