Select the number of other people over 18 that will live with you. If there are no co-applicants, the next step will ask about people under 18.

This screen appears only if you need to add co-applicants.

Next, select the number of people living there that are under 18. If there are none, the next step is entering vehicle information. If there are one or more people under 18, select the box and click **Save and Continue**.

Enter their name and date of birth. They will not need to fill out a separate application.

If you slect 0 pets, you must must affirm you do not have any pets and agree to the pet terms.

If you selects one or more pets, you will see this information about pets and service animals, and must fill out information about each pet.

Verifying pets and assistance animals

First, here’s what you should know about pets:
The fee to verify a household pet is $25 per pet. This charge occurs at the end of pet verification.
Service and support animals (ESAs) are considered assistance animals. The need for a support animal (ESA) must be verified with a letter from your physician. Fees and restrictions do not apply for verified assistance animals.
What's an assistance animal?


Service and support animals are two types of assistance animals.

A service animal is a dog trained to do work or perform tasks to benefit someone with a disability. The tasks must be related to the individual’s disability, and do not include providing emotional support. Please note that miniature horses can also be service animals, and will be permitted if safe accommodations can be provided by the property.

Support animals are trained or untrained animals that do work, perform tasks, provide assistance and/or therapeutic emotional support for individuals with disabilities. Support animals are commonly referred to as emotional support animals, companion animals, comfort animals, etc.
