Setting up your Navigate staff Availability

Navigate to <https://csurams.campus.eab.com/home#/?tab-state=appointments_tab>

Click "My Availability"

Click "Edit"or create new available time using actions drop down

Click select the day of the weeks you would like to meet. Note: Select dates are in dark gray vs light gray. For this example I selected Monday through Friday

Click "A Range of Dates" Or" the End of Time (Default Term) " or "Fall Semester 2025"

Important Note avoid selecting "Forever" for "How long is this availability active?" this creates issues with outlook long term.

click "Appointments" or Campaigns which ever makes sense for your set up.

Click "Meeting Type" Search for your office space or the physical location for your meeting with your student. In this section this should be the only meeting type selected to ensure positive student user experience. For this example Click "In-person: bldg- CANVAS STADIUM east 1415 meridian AVE rm : Front Desk"

Click Care Unit "Academic Advising" this will allow you to find the correct "location" and " Services" associated to this Care Unit.

Click "Meet with an Academic Advisor"-Services. Each "Services" has specify back-end set up. "Meet with an Academic Advisor" set up for the following - Appointments, Drop-ins and campaigns - Allow students to schedule appointment within student scheduler - Allow student to only schedule with assigned staff within student scheduler

"In Special Instructions for students" Add additional details- this information will show when the student makes an appointment and in their reminder email. Example-message You have scheduled an in-person appointment with Latoya. Your meeting will be in Building: Canvas Stadium Room 0283. Need help finding my office..."

Click this button field to Save

Setting up Your Virtual Appointment meeting Click "Edit" setting up two different Appointment Availability and Virtual appointment improvements the Student Experience when making appointments. **NOTE:** the two availabilities meeting types can have overlapping times and days

Click days of the week for Virtual Meetings

Click "A Range of Dates"

Click "The End of Time (Default Term)"

Double-click "Appointments"

Click the "URL / Phone Number" field. Add your MS Teams Link or Zoom Link.

Add a "Special Instructions for Student" example "You have scheduled an Virtual appointment with Latoya. Your meeting will be in MS Team. Please make sure you have access to a video camera to ve..."

Click this button field.

Click here to save availability .
