Accepting or Declining a Manual Assignment

Click "Assignments"

Click "Pending"

Click "View Details" to view more about the match. The default tab is "No Details" for a quick summary of the match.

If you want to view even more about the match, click the orange symbol highlighted below.

All the details will be shown here. Click "Accept" to confirm you will work this assignment. It will appear on your Assignments page under "Accepted" after doing this.

If you cannot work this match, click "Decline"

Enter a short, brief reason for the decline. This does not need to be overly detailed. The main reason we ask is so that we can avoid sending other matches that will lead to the same reason of declining.

Click "Decline Assignment" to finalize the decline.
