Open your Google Ads account

Click "expand_more" where it says "Admin"

Click "Preferences"

Click "Review and accept"

If there's a message in red at the bottom of the pop-up and there's no option to accept or decline, move on to step 6. If the screen that pops up gives you the option to accept or decline, skip down to step 11

In a seperate tab, open your email account that you used when you applied for the Google Ad Grant.
