Log in and click Trainee Home.

Click the red button under Subscriber content. If you don't see this button and you agency is a subscriber, then click CHAT NOW at the bottom of the website or contact your agency administrator for help.

Click one of the tabs to view the live and recorded content. Click here for interactive self-directed computer based training (CBTs).

If your agency has custom CBTs they will appear here. If your agency is a Pro Subscriber you will also have access to the library below. Click Launch Course to open the training course.

Enter your name and email address and click the green button.
