Setting up your Company Data with your eCM System (Basic Setup)

The "Company Data" section in the eCoachManager (eCM) system is a segment where essential information pertaining to your company is stored and managed. This includes details such as the company name, address, contact information, billing preferences, and other relevant data necessary for operating within the eCM platform. Admin users typically access this section to update or modify company information, ensuring accuracy and relevance throughout the system. Additionally, company-specific settings and configurations may be managed within this section to tailor your eCM system to the unique needs and requirements of your coach company.

Click "Tools".

Click "Config"

Click "Site Options"

Click "Company Data"

Select and Click your Company Profile. For this example... we have Thommas Travels

The initial segment of the Company Data page contains fundamental information regarding your coach company. Please ensure to take note of the Driver App Code Value (for instance: 9999). The "Pricing Info" section is where pricing-related information for the company is stored and managed. This section includes : - Currency Symbol - Balance Due - The value set here is linked to the automated email reminders sent to customers to settle any outstanding balance before their travel. - Default Deposit Value - Can be setup either in a fixed cash amount of in percentage values.

- Invoice Logo: Upload your logo for it to appear in your invoice - Notifications - Inquiry Email: This inbox receives email inquiries from your website's [quote form](https://scribehow.com/page/What_is_an_external_Quote_Form__mntGCuRYSvilWJwD0pZMUA). - Booking Email: This inbox receives emails regarding the conversion of quotes into confirmed bookings. - BCC Optional: You have the option to include an email address here as a BCC recipient for your email communications.

Don't forget to click "Apply" to save your Company Data
