You can either see your own requests in "My tickets" or all employees' requests in "Company tickets"
Click "View Ticket" to have more information about the request

All information about a ticket is displayed through the portal
Filter tickets depending on the resolution status and order by oldest/newest if needed
As an admin, you can also look for a specific ticket based on the employee's name
