    Submitting a Blackboard Support Case

    Navigate to MyMU (<https://mymu.marshall.edu/>)

    Click "My Support" in the upper right.

    Some Common Request are listed, and what you need might be listed there, but for other requests please use the "How can we assist you" Search bar.

    As an example, Type "Blackboard" then hit Enter.

    Service Articles will come up on the left, but Service Requests will come up on the right. Select the relevant Service Request to the right. Note: If no particular request applies, use the general "Blackboard Support" request.

    Fill out the coordinating information, then click Submit.

    Reviewing Submitted Cases

    After you have submitted a request, you can view your Support Case by returning to this My Support Tab and viewing your "My Support Cases" on the right."\ Click on the title to the Case to view information and updates.
