    Submitting a Blackboard Support Case

    Navigate to MyMU (<https://mymu.marshall.edu/>)

    Click "My Support" in the upper right.

    Some Common Request are listed, and what you need might be listed there, but for other requests please use the "How can we assist you" Search bar.

    As an example, Type "access to course" then hit Enter.

    Click "Access to Course for Student Incomplete"

    Fill out the coordinating information, then click Submit.

    As another example, you can type in cross-list to find the Cross-Listing Request Form.

    Hit Enter to search. Or you can type in "Blackboard" for other request.

    Reviewing Submitted Cases

    After you have submitted a request, you can view your Support Case by returning to this My Support Tab and viewing your "My Support Cases" on the left."\ Click on the title to the Case to view information and updates.
