Accessing Pre-Built Reports in AbilityLMS (Managers)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access pre-built reports in AbilityLMS for managers. The guide highlights the importance of these reports in tracking the progress and completion of training courses for direct reports, making it a valuable resource for managers using AbilityLMS.

Learnerhall

Click "Manager Menu"

Click "Reports" from the drop-down menu.

You will then be directed to the "Reports" page.

Training Tracking by Course

This report pulls data from a specific course and displays your direct report's statuses with the indicated course IF they have a history with the course. For example, "Food Safety" training is **not assigned to all users**. If you pulled a report for Food Safety and your direct reports have never enrolled, started, or completed the training, they will **not** appear in the report.

Click the "Training Tracking by Course" report type.

Click the "Select" radio button to open a pre-built report.

The "Edit" radio button will take you to the editing and filtering page for the report. If you make any changes and click "Save" on the report, it will save a new **duplicate** of the report you edited.

Your report will display all of your direct reports and their history with the course. **Note: Some profiles will appear more than once if they have history of completing the training more than once.**

Training Tracking by Learner

This report organizes a view of all of your direct reports and their entire course histories.

Click the "Training Tracking by Learner" report type.

There is only one pre-built filter for this type of report. Click "Select" to view the report.

You will see each of your direct reports and their course history with trainings they have taken or are currently taking.

Learning Track Progress By Learner By Track

This report type analyzes specific learning tracks and your direct reports' progresses with each individual course within that learning track. For example, if there are 3 courses in the learning track that your direct report is assigned to, the report will show you their progress each of those 3 courses.

Click the "Learning Track Progress By Learner By Track" report type.

Click the "Select" radio button to open your report.

As shown in the report, there are 3 courses in this learning track. You will see the progress of your direct reports for each course within the learning track.

Learning Track Status By Learner

Learning Track Status By Learner is a report type that displays whether or not your direct reports are **complete** or **incomplete** with a learning track, as well as their overall progress. This report is a more generalized view of learning track statuses.

Click the "Learning Track Status By Learner" report type.

Click the "Select" radio button to open your report.

Your report will display each individual and their status with the learning track, as well as the date completed (if applicable) and the percentage of progress with the track.
