Accessing Resources and Tools through Shortcuts on The Perch

Click Resources For: "STUDENTS, FACULTY & STAFF"

On the Join the Perch page, click "VISIT THE PERCH" (this will be the start page for on-campus users who are not logged in)

Once on The Perch, you'll see a list of shortcuts across the top. Some shortcuts provide direct links to sites and services and some provide a list of links taking users to other useful tools and resources. Note that there are two rows of shortcuts. Click the down arrow to expand the shortcuts to view the second row.

Note the customized view of shortcuts. Staff will see "Staff Tools" and "Staff Resources" while faculty and students will see other shortcuts personalized for their use.

For shortcuts that include a list of links, a secondary window will open, exposing the list. The close out of this, click a link or use the "X" button on the right side of the box.

"Connect Lehigh" is an example of a direct link shortcut. Clicking on this will take users directly to Connect Lehigh.

To minimize the list of shortcuts, users can click the up arrow to collapse the shortcuts to a single row.
