Click "Teaching and Learning"
Click "SSDL: Offer"
Click " SSDL Offer Form"
Complete all requested information. When you get to the dropdown asking if the course has been offered before, select appropriately. If yes, bypass the upload field asking for syllabi, schedule, & proposal.
If the course has NOT been approved and offered through SSDL before, click no and follow through with the proposal, syllabus, and schedule (table of assignments and due dates, pacing guide, etc.).
Here, click the linked Proposal Form. Download that and fill it out. Save it to your computer. Then upload back into the form. Also upload a course syllabus and an assignment schedule.
Click "Notes/Comments:" Add any information about the course that might be helpful to our VP and/or NOVA-SSDL when they review the proposal for approval.
Click "Submit"
