Changing the teacher mid year (Faculty History) in the Master Schedule Manager in Q

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to change the teacher for a section, how to verify faculty updates, and save changes. This shows you how to make a mid-year change on a teacher.

Navigate to Master Schedule Manager application

Click "Menu"

Click "Schedule"

Click "Master Schedule Manager"

Click this dropdown and select the teacher who is currently the teacher of record.

Click Retrieve Classes

Click Edit on the section(s) that you want to change the teacher for.

Click the faculty pulldown and select the teacher who will be starting to teach this class.

Set the Faculty Change As of date to the first day that the new teacher takes the course section over.

To verify that the faculty has been updated, Click "Faculty History"

Review the change of teachers

Click "Submit" to save the change of teacher
