Accessing and analyzing your Scribe insights

Click "Insights" or navigate to [https://scribehow.com/workspace#insights](https://scribehow.com/workspace#dashboard)

Click "My Insights" to view insights to view in-depth information about how people are interacting with your Scribes and Pages

The "Stats" section shows a graph of your daily views, completions and docs created. Hover over the graph to view the stats for a particular day.

By default, this graph is set to 30 days. Click here to change the time period to either 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.

Click "All Documents" to filter your stats for just Scribes or Pages

"Share Rate" shows you the percent of your documents where the share settings are set to something other than "Not Shared"

"Completion Rate" shows you the percent of views that make it to the end of a Scribe or Page

"Total Created" shows you the number of Scribes and Pages you created in this time period

"My Top Viewers" shows you the users who have viewed your documents the most to date

"My Top Documents" shows your documents that have received the most views in the last 30 days

Change the time period in which your top documents are shown by clicking here

Filter for either Scribes or Pages by clicking here

Sort your top documents in ascending or descending order by clicking "Views" or "Completion"

Click any document to view, edit, share, or check out its specific insights

Explore the insights for a particular Scribe or Page in the insights side panel

Click "Best Team Ever Insights" to view your team's insights

The Stats section shows you daily stats across your team

This section shows you the share rate, completion rate and total docs created across your team for the set time period
