    Navigate to [https://join.rzilient.club](https://join.rzilient.club/)

    Click on the "Fleet" tab

    Open the details of the equipment in question

    Go to the Fleet page, select the equipment to be reset and click on ‘Clear’

    The following conditions must be met for the request to be effective: **- The computer must be switched on, plugged in and connected to the Internet;** ⚠️ To **reset a MacBook** whose **hard disk is encrypted** via **FileVault**, the **user** **session must be unlocked**.

    **Be patient**: the reset request is not instantaneous, so you may have to wait a few moments. If the remote reset is still not launched after a long wait, make sure you have met the above conditions.
