You will receive the link to the Parent Portal, your username (this will be your email address), and your temporary password.

Click the Login Page link: [https://autismcharter.powerschool.com/public](https://autismcharter.powerschool.com/)

Click the "Username" and type the username listed on your notification email. Hint: Your username is your email address.

Click the "Password" field and type in your temporary password listed on your email notification.

You will be prompted to change your temporary password. Select your password and save it future use.

Click "Sign In"

Your home screen will default to your student's grades and attendance screen. You will be able to see the last two weeks of attendance, the current courses, teachers, and grades.

Click "Email Teacher's Name" to email this teacher from your default email application.

Click on your students grade to see the assignments that compose that grade.

Here, you will see your student's assignments for this class and their individual grades.

Under the "Absent" column, select the number of absences to see the dates and codes of your student's absences.

The legend at the bottom defines each attendance code.

Click "Attendance History." This will show you an overview of your child's attendance from their first day to the present day.

Click "Email Notifications." This screen allows you to program automated emails with the desired student information. You can select the frequency at the bottom before submitting your request.

Click "Teacher Comments." Some teachers submit comments at the end of each semester. You will be able to see these comments on this screen.

Click "School Bulletin"

Here you will be able to access the bulletins posted by the campus director.

Click "My Schedule" to see your child's daily schedule. You can select "Next Week" to advance.
