Click the Settings Gear in the lower left of the screen.

Click "Edit Users"

Click "+ADD"

Enter the new users information. NOTE: Only enter the numbers for Phone Number. DO NOT add formatting.

If the user is an Admin toggle this box. If you want the user to see ALL the projects for the company, also click this box. See notes in the article below on Admins vs Standard Users.

If you would like a user to ONLY see their projects, click 'Group Membership' and add them to the Estimators group and Click 'Save'.

A message will be displayed like "Jane Callahan has been added as a user" when you have done this correctly.

Your new user should now be in the list of users.
