Receiving this Message when trying to Request a Commission Flow? If so, please proceed to the following steps to setup the bank account where you would like to receive the Commission Flow Wire Transfer.

Add Bank Account to Receive Wire Transfer

Click "Reports"

Alert! If you do not see 'Commission Details' in your report menu dropdown, this means your Brokerage has restricted access to Adminstrative Staff only. Please reach out to your admin team to help get your bank account added.

Click "Commission Details"

Click "Add Bank Account" in bottom right corner

Enter a label name for this bank account. (this is for internal display use only)

Select if this bank account is a 'Checking' or Savings' Account

Enter The Exact Name of Bank

Enter the Exact name that is associated with this bank account

Enter your Routing Number (should only be 9 digits)

Enter your account number here

Click "Save"

Alert! The following warning message is related to payload users only. Please just proceed to click 'Ok' as long as message indicates 'bank account added successfully'

Click 'OK' if you receive this warning message

Should display as 'Active after successfully entered

Verify Bank Account is Available for Commission Flow

Click "Dashboard"

Click "Empower Business with Flow"

Click "Next"

Tip! Don't worry, you can proceed forward to see the flow details without actually having to make official request. That does not take place until very last step

Select a deal to possibly request a commission flow from

Enter a specific Flow amount that you would like to potentially request

Click "Next"

You should now see your bank account as an available option to select

Click here.

Click "Next"

This page will provide you all the details regarding the Commission Flow fees. You can now either navigate back or click on dashboard widget if not looking to officially request a commission flow Or Click submit if you would like to officially receive your commissions flow advancement. If received by 2pm CST, your flow can be wired into your account by next business day!
