In the "**Note Details**" section enter your communication note.
**Typical Communication Note entries may include --** information incoming staff will need to know *(like calls to or from the pharmacy, how the people receiving support's day has been - is there anything note worthy, directions to see information in a certain place - ie. calendar, incident report, clinical, etc., any maintenance requests or fire drills that have been completed)*\
**Typical things that are NOT required in comm notes:** anything from your shift outline, it is expected that you complete these items, so if you could not complete any, that would be noteworthy.
