Add Cross-Referenced Records
This functionality allows for the inclusion of additional members who do not incur individual charges by assigning them to a $0 member plan. These secondary members are then linked to a designated primary contact, who possesses a full-priced membership.

Navigate to the Admin Dashboard

Click "Member Database"

Click this image.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "add a record cross-referenced to this member"

Enter the cross-referenced account's basic information

Click "Email/Plan"

Enter a valid email address

Under the Member Type dropdown, choose "List-Only"

Click this button.

To validate if the information was successfully recorded, click this image

Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the list of the main account's cross-referenced members
