    Add Department/Contact Center Voicemail Softkey on Deskphone

    Open your profile drop-down in the Dialpad app (top right corner).
    Select "Devices" - this will take you to a Dialpad webpage.
    Click on the 3 dots to the right of your deskphone listing.
    Select "Configure deskphone" from the list
    Select the button number you want to add the Group Voicemail to, and in the first drop-down, select "Group Voicemail".
    In the next drop-down, select the name of the group you want to access voicemail for.
    Then click on "Update Device".
    Your phone will reboot once or twice, then you should see "VM (group name)" on the selected button. If the phone does not reboot on its own, please unplug the network cable from the back of the phone and plug it back in, letting the phone go through setup.
    When you press the button that corresponds with the Group VM, it will ask for your PIN. You can find this on the Dialpad profile website.
