From your Dashboard select your team then click "Manage Guest Players"

Click "Manage" Beside your tournament

Click "Select a State"

Click "Alabama" (or the state of the players team)

Click "Select a Team"

Choose the team the player is on (can type part of the name to help the search)

Click "Select a Player"

Click on the Players Name

Click "Submit" and you will see in GREEN "Player has been successfully added as guest player"
