    Click "Jump Links"
    Click on the first article
Copy the link to the first article (you will paste it in later after you create your anchor link)
    Open up Letterdrop.
    Click "Blog"
    Click "Posts"
    Click the "Search posts" field.
Type in the name of the article
    Click on the article.
Tip! We are creating anchor texts to every H2 at the top of each section. There are likely 4-5 H2s in each article. You can identify that by highlighting the text.
Highlight and click on the first H2. Then, click on the "anchor" symbol on the right of the menu bar.
Give your anchor the same name as the h2 text. For example, this H2 was titled "Customer Service Definition," so the anchor tag is "customer-service-definition" Then click "Save."
Now add your intro text to the top of the article. This can be after or before the intro paragraph. Write an introductory sentence, then create a bullet point list.
Write the name of your first H2 as the first item on your list.
Highlight the text then select the "Link" icon.
Paste in the link you copied in Step 4.
Now add the anchor text at the end of your link. For example, if you created the anchor "customer-service-definition" you will add "#customer-service-definition" The full link should look like: [https://scribehow.com/library/what-is-customer-service#customer-service-definition](https://scribehow.com/library/what-is-customer-service#customer-service-definition)
    Click "Save"
Your hyperlink should show up on the page, now!
