Click "Data Process"

Click "Lab Test"

Click "Add New"

select the required fields like plant name , organization unit ID , Test Started at , Test Ended at , CC milk source . If the sample was composite sample click "yes" on composite sample else click "yes" on individual sample

And also select the date of the Lab Test , Shift , Analyzer Sample Number , Route , Vendor Type , Vendor ,Center Name , Can No , Center Type .

after filling all the required details click "add"

after adding Click "Add New" on the below

select the CC lab test type

select the test details

enter the result of the lab test

select the metrices

select the start date and end date

select the status of the cc lab test

If you want to add attachment of lab test report click "Select File"

enter the notes if necessary.

after filling all the required details Click "Add " and your CC Lab Test reports are added successfully

You can view the added CC lab test details on Data Process -> Lab Test

You can also edit the added details using "Edit"
