Add Member to Group in Planning Center

Follow the steps to add a new person to your Planning Center Group. *Adding them here also adds them to our database and to your Groups Main Mailing List.

Planningcenteronline

Navigate to <https://groups.planningcenteronline.com/groups?group_type=>

Click on "Your Group"

Click "Add member"

Click the "Search for someone to add..." field.

\*this may look a little different on your screen: Also, if the person is not already in our system you will be prompted to enter their contact info. \[email etc\]

If they are in our system they will show up in the pop up. Click on it to add them.

Click "Notify by email"

Click "Yes'"

A "Success" Message will/should pop up.

That's it your new person is now a part of the group AND added to the group email list, AND triggers them to be included as a newcomer if they are new to the Parish.
