    Add Microsoft 365 mailbox to windows Outlook Desktop app

      Close Outlook if it's currently open. 1. Click **"Start" (windows)** icon, in bottom left of Taskbar. 2. Start typing 'Control Panel.' 3. "**Click**" on 'Control Panel' to open it.
      1. Type in **Mail**, in the search box of control panel window. 2. Click on **'Mail (Microsoft Outlook).'**
      Click "**Show Profiles...**"
      Click "**Add...**"
      In the Profile name field, type "M365," and click "**OK**."
      In the "Auto Account Setup" window, type in your Microsoft 365 I.D. **'username@*OFFICE*.latech.edu'** then click "**Next**."
      Click "**Next.**"
      Enter your password (same as Workday), and click "**Sign in**."
      Check for '**Duo Push'** ,Approve it, then click **"Yes, this is my device."**
      Click "**OK.**"
      Click "**Done.**"
      Click "**Finish.**"
      From the dropdown menu, select the newly created profile **(M365)** , to be set as default profile.
      To Finalize, Click "**OK.**"
      Now **"Open"** Outlook App.
      Outlook should now load with your new profile, which includes your Microsoft 365 I.D. ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])) ,confirming the successful setup of the Outlook Desktop app.
