Navigate to <https://pm.officeally.com/pm/Logout.aspx>

On upper Left hand corner select practice mate

Click this image to add a visit. You can first select the day of the visit on the calendar but that is not necessary.

Click on Browse, if you have already billed a visit for this patient you can search for them but otherwise you will need to add them.

Patient Name, DOB, Gender, Full address, Insurance provider and ID number are required. Self can be left auto selected as the primary insured.

Click this button field to add your Insurance payor.

Click this text field to search for a particular payor.

Note: if your payor is not listed (UMR is listed as united medical resourses) you have to add them from the office ally payor database. You click add new, then you'll be able to either manually enter a payor or browse their database and select one to add to your personal list.

Select the payor you need and you will be taken back to the patient information screen

Click the "Subscriber ID:" field and add your patient ID

Select your visit reason, then hit update

Click this image to start your patient visit.

Click "Billing Info". Your Visit info is the patient information you already entered.
