Log in to your [KSU email](https://ksumail.kennesaw.edu/) in a browser or the Outlook app

Click the calendar icon on the upper left side of the page

**If you do not see the Add calendar button** while attempting to complete Step 3, your navigation pane may be hidden.

Click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) to show the navigation pane, and then complete Step 3.

Click "Select an account" (1) and then click your email address (2)

Click the "Enter a name or email address" field

In this field, type "ovpr calendar" (1) and then click "OVPR Calendar" (2)

Under the *Add to* heading, click the dropdown menu

**Finished!** **Now OVPR Calendar events will automatically populate on your calendar.**

As with any Outlook calendar, the OVPR Calendar can be toggled on and off and color coded if desired. See the following two tips for instructions.

**Tip #1: Toggle the calendar on/off**

- Click the calendar icon on the upper left side of your email account or Outlook app (refer to Step 2 if you don't remember where to find this icon)
- The OVPR Calendar will appear under the "Other calendars" heading
- Toggle the calendar on/off by selecting/deselecting the check mark next to the calendar (see image below)

**Tip #2: Color code the calendar**

- Hover your cursor over "OVPR Calendar" so that three dots appear and then click the three dots "..." (1)
- Click "Color" (2)
- Choose a color for the OVPR Calendar (3)
