Add Questions to the Feedback Activity

Click "Student Subject Feedback" activity.

Click "Edit questions".

Select "Add question" from the dropdown box.

Select the question type you wish to use. This example will go over how to create multiple choice questions.

Select "Required" if this question must be answered.

Provide the question subject.

Select any other desired settings.

Provide the response values. Each line is a new value students can select from.

Click "Save changes" to create question.

Additional questions can be created using the "Choose..." dropdown as before. Repeat for all desired questions.

Select the course name to return to the main course page.
